This is a gorgeous install of our 100% pure SheepWool Optimal insulation in a floor application. You can see how easy it is to lay these rolls between the joists, and the Optimal – being medium density – is really easy to cut to fit, no matter what the joist width. The customer here also used our ‘SilentJoist’ again, 100% pure wool and this is really the natural and effective way to reduce structureborne sound transmission caused by contact between joists and floor / subfloors and is suitable for use with underfloor heating (as is the insulation also).
